Well I'm over the 7 month mark since I had breast implants and capsules removed. As you can see, things have improved dramatically. This is not in my head. This is not made up. There are no filters, photo editing magic. This is raw, authentic and me just documenting as it happened. If you followed from the beginning you saw me post my daily journals and photos as they occurred. Nothing has changed in that regard, I'm showing how I've changed as it has happened so it cannot be denied.

However, I know people will still deny it. Tell me it was in my head, just as medical professionals did before. I can tell you, going from bed ridden state at 32 years old, to being able to drive, work again, and do things with my kids with endless amounts of energy again was not in my head. The chronic jo...

Apologies, I've been really busy in year end for some clients of mine. I haven't worked since November of last year, so I have some serious catch up to do and this is the first I've felt well enough to finally get back to some part-time working again. So my priority has been to focus on meeting my clients needs and finalizing their year ends for tax deadlines.

I am still tracking symptoms and taking my daily photos! The prior week there wasn't too much out of the ordinary, some minor inflammation and congestion related symptoms due to more sugar intake as a result of a few family birthdays close together! This week however I had a major reaction to a trigger.

I was at the salon on Friday getting my hair cut and the product that was used in my hair I didn't really think about. My scalp was really itchy...

Dec 10 - this morning my knees, shoulders, neck and collarbone area are really stiff and achy. I could hardly walk when I got out of bed! It's slowly improving since I've been up but it was a lot worse today. I have more inflammation in my face this morning, watery eyes, runny nose, really phlegmy feeling in my throat today, trouble clearing it and wanting to swallow a lot. Hands are tight and stiff as well, like it's hard to move them and close my hands into fists.

I keep forgetting the fridge door open. It's not me not closing it properly. I literally get something and walk away and then the little "bell is open alarm" goes off. Yesterday was bad, I think I did it a dozen times throughout the day. I thought I closed it each time, but apparently not.I feel like I am going in circles. I go to do somet...

"Breast implant illness is a period of sickness affecting the body caused by silicone or saline breast implants. Symptoms of breast implant illness vary from body to body due to personal differences, the type of breast implants and the progression of the illness however it appears that a few symptoms show up a little earlier and more consistently such as fatigue/low energy, cognitive dysfunction (brain fog, memory loss), headaches, joint and muscle pain, hair loss, recurring infections, swollen lymph nodes and swollen glands, rashes, IBS, problems with thyroid and adrenals." I keep this pretty simplistic in writing style just to cover the details. It's more for reference and perspective to look back on in the days, weeks and months (and years) ahead to monitor my own health progress and see any differences. It's so much harder to go back on memory (And less reliable) hence the reason I am documenting what happens each day. I usually make notes on a piece of paper throughout the day as they occur so I don't forget later on.

Nov 25 - Woke up with really swollen face again today, even bags under my eyes were puffed out. Runny nose. Sneezing. Watery, puffy eyes. Tight/swollen hands.Trouble swallowing, literally felt like something IS stuck in my throat. Took about an hour to clear that sensation. Itchy arms (despite slathering lotion on!!!). Feel REALLY tired, went to b...

November 30, 2017

Unfortunately I didn't start regular photo documentation until November, however I did have enough photos taken earlier in the year to add as comparisons. What I've really noticed in October and November is the change in my facial inflammation and eyes. This isn't photoshopped or an attempt to make myself look worse, this is literally every day now. I feel how I look these days. I've documented this because I want to see if explant really does change my appearance. On another note I really feel that since September things have been going down hill quickly. In all honest the pictures below seem to show just that too.

My symptoms list is now over 50 since the beginning of the year.
