Update May 5, 2018 - #137 day since breast implant removal (just under 5 months!). Time has flown by. Those who follow my social media (instagram, youtube, facebook) are aware of my progress, but I thought I'd update here as well. A lot has changed for the better. The best method of support has been to remain on a balance and clean diet, gentle exercise in the form of yoga (for me), alkaline water, and a balanced vitamin regimen with probiotics to avoid any mineral or vitamin deficiencies so my body can continue to detox the heavy metals and heal as much damage as possible within it's ability.

I attempted a 3 week elimination of gluten and dairy, of which my body did not react well. My inflammation worsened, my symptoms were worse, and I bloated terribly. Upon cessation of the elimination and re-introduction of both gluten and dairy, my body returned to its improving state with lower inflammation, drastically lowered bloat and better feeling over all. My current regimen include a high dose Vitamin D3 (prescribed by immunologist), high dose probiotic (100Billion + daily), Vitamin C, MediClearPlus, Vitamin B12 L-MTHFR. I do not consume any sugar or alcohol as I still have severe reactions to both. Only time will tell if these hypersensitivities will diminish in time.

August 1 Update: Protocol is now Vitamin B 12, Probiotics as needed, Vitamin D3 10,000 IU/Day (as prescribed by immunologist). Diet is still clean 95% of the time with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, organic meat when possible, limited amounts of dairy. Focus is on eating foods in their original form with minimal processing and additives.

My physical improvement is visible! Check out the photos below.

It's officially been one month (28 days) since I explanted on Dec 18, 2017. The past four weeks have flown by and I'm sure the weeks and months ahead will do just the same. Where I am I now? It's still early of course, but I am happy to report that I have seen a noticeable improvement in how I look and feel since I explanted. Of course the healing journey is not without many ups and downs, but you have to remember to be realistic with your expectations during the process of getting well again. I was exposed to heavy metals and carcinogens in my implants for over 7 continuous years, that will not heal itself in a period of weeks. This is a long term process, likely years, and I fully expect that some damage may never be undone. I'm still so thankful I found out what I know now and had my breast implants removed when I did.

I think the most noticeable symptoms that improved right away were: the frequent urination, feeling of dehydration, metallic taste in mouth, chronic fatigue, joint and muscle pain/stiffness and the inflammation in my face.

I have up and down days with the following, they are better then before explanting but they fluctuate in severity still... Yet the severity is slowly becoming less and less as I get further away from my explant. Below I've either left the item, noted it as improved since explant or GONE since explant. I'll update again further down my healing road. As you can see there are big changes. I've been journaling symptoms since March of 2017 and I've noticed my journals are getting smaller!!!! Right now I have added nothing to my "healing" I continue to focus on whole, organic foods that are unprocessed, drinking my daily required intake of water (Ph alkaline), and listening to my body when it comes to rest and exercise. I am just resuming exercise this week since it my surgeon recommended waiting to week 4. - Check out My BLOG for the latest updates and photos
