124 Days After Breast Implant Removal - Update
Well I'm over the 7 month mark since I had breast implants and capsules removed. As you can see, things have improved dramatically. This is not in my head. This is not made up. There are no filters, photo editing magic. This is raw, authentic and me just documenting as it happened. If you followed from the beginning you saw me post my daily journals and photos as they occurred. Nothing has changed in that regard, I'm showing how I've changed as it has happened so it cannot be denied.
However, I know people will still deny it. Tell me it was in my head, just as medical professionals did before. I can tell you, going from bed ridden state at 32 years old, to being able to drive, work again, and do things with my kids with endless amounts of energy again was not in my head. The chronic joint and body pain that never left, is gone. Also not in my head. The trouble swallowing, gone. How do you explain having trouble swallowing and feeling like you have phlegm in your throat 24/7 for YEARS going away after explanting?
I know my truth. My immunologist also agrees and has confirmed that my breast implants were my issue. They are an issue for many women. All I'm trying to do is educate to show that this is a possible risk and inform women of what to look and watch for, what to do if they believe they may have breast implant illness.
Life is great on the lighter side. I'm still working on several projects; my documentary, my book which may or may not be something I decided to publish in the end (this is part of my personal healing journey), and updating and revamping my website. I have had many more women come forward sharing their photos before and after explant. I have lots of work to do to get it all up on the site. Please be patient more is coming this Fall! For now, I'm working away at it and spending time with the most important people in my life, my family.
